Every plate is engraved to order. Allow 7–10 business days before your order ships. Need it sooner? Ask about rush and FedEx options through Contact Us.
Shipping
Every order ships from North Hollywood, CA by USPS Ground Advantage: $9, free on orders over $200, usually 2–5 days in transit. You’ll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Or pick it up free at the shop, 11555 Cantara Street, Unit I, North Hollywood, by appointment.
Returns on engraved items
Every Studio Engraving plate is laser-engraved to order with the text you choose, so engraved items can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind, spelling you entered, or ordering the wrong size. Please check your plate preview before ordering.
If something is our fault — a defect, damage in transit, or plates that don’t match the preview you approved — email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll remake or refund it at no cost.
