- Company or fleet name as it should read on the plate (for example STUDIO RENTAL HOUSE)
- Starting ID and format (for example CAM-0001) and the quantity
- Plate size: A 3" × 0.75", B 4" × 1", C 4.5" × 1.5" — or tell us what it mounts on
- Color scheme and whether you want your logo engraved
- A CSV or spreadsheet if you already have the list

Fleet runs are typically engraved in 7–10 business days after you approve the proof; very large runs are scheduled and quoted individually.
